This vest seemed good initially but it did not last. The neoprene began breaking into pieces and fraying. I did not wear it very often and my vests from other vendors have held up much better. Not recommended!

I'm a 5'8, 170 lb male w/ an athletic build (waist 33) and I ordered a small. It fit snug and provides a small amount of flotation. I love it.
