I placed these inside my Allbirds Pipers because the existing insoles didn't have enough of an arch. These were perfect for that purpose. I walked all over California Adventure in these, and while my feet hurt after 10,000+ steps, I don't think the previous insoles would have held up quite as well. I only really had pain in my right heel, which is problematic anyway. I wear them with thin and medium thickness socks, but have not tried them sockless for long periods of time. That said, they don't seem to make my feet warmer than usual. I ordered the size 7 for my size 7 shoe, and they don't budget at all, which is great. Fantastic price for what it does.

I have flat feet and as a child was fitted for stainless steel arches. Over the years many different arches custom fitted, all at a steep cost. I found these to be the best for me and my flat feet; I have tried many others from cheap to more expensive. I am happy with these, no trimming. Bought a couple pair, one for my walking shoes and one for my dress shoes.

These inserts have helped absorb the pain of plantar fasciitis that resulted from years of power walking. They fit very well for my shoe size (I didn’t have to cut or adjust them in any way), and are generally comfortable. However, I was surprised that they’re not as thick and cushiony as other brands that I’ve tried in the past. I didn’t have plantar fasciitis back then, but found relief from mild foot pain using a thicker and softer insert. I’m feeling a bit better with the use of these inserts, but it’s a slower process at 55 years of age. I recommend giving these a try; perhaps you’ll have better results.

I have high arches and had been using a different brand of inserts that cost twice as much. When I saw these on Amazon, I decided to try them. So far, they are just as good! I’ve already ordered another pair to use in other shoes. The arch support is firm and high enough for me, and feel like they will last as long as the other brand.

I ordered a different brand and wore them after foot and ankle surgery. They worked well, but these were a little cheaper and they wear well. I have ordered more 4 or 5 times. I can't wear most shoes without these inserts and the price is good. From time to time the price is reduced, so I watch for that.

Bought these for my dad who’s been dealing with plantar fasciitis and flat feet, and he said they made a huge difference right away. He wears them daily in his work shoes and mentioned way less foot pain by the end of the day. The arch support is firm but comfortable, and they fit easily into his regular shoes without any issues.Great value for the price and really helped relieve his heel and arch pain. These "stiff" insoles - sized 9-91/2 - fitted exactly into my 9.5 extra wide Sketcher sneakers, in contrast to multi-size "floppy" insoles that require careful trimming for a proper fit. Time will tell, however, regarding arch support etc. after a bit of walking experience..

Well, it did not provide much relief for the heel pain. I’m experiencing. I should disclose. We’re not sure why I’m experiencing pain. That being said these are very good quality inserts. Very true to size and they fit in every single shoe I have. I’m between an 8 1/2 and a nine so I’m never quite sure which size to purchase but this was perfect. I don’t find it very cushioning, but I do enjoy the arch support.
