Voltage is 7.9V - 10.8V across adjustment range. Not even remotely close to 12V. Considerable drift in voltage as well. Horrible supply.***correction***I incorrectly assumed the supply was auto-sensing for 120V / 240V as I didn't see an exposed selection switch. There *IS* a voltage selection switch *inside* the supply. You need to reach in through the case with a small screwdriver to set the input voltage. Once set to 120V, it was able to output a stable 12V.***correction***
