Although you can see gaps at the side if you secure it well the rain doesn't seep in
Liked the size for the time I was away and the fact the porch area remained dry despite not having a sewn in groundsheet. I was able to stand to dress & put my chair in the porch for a separate place to relax rather than sitting on my bed / sleeping area. I had plenty of storage room for my clothes and bags for the week. Definitely look forward to using it again now I've got used to the set up

Just the job.
Used for 2if us at a festival- a bit more head height was useful but still small enough to get into a small festival space 👊👍

Absolute bargain
A tent for a decent price is hard to come by. Even trickier to find one that's reasonably waterproof. This is a proper family tent. It's not a backpackers unit, it's far too heavy for that, and it's not a luxury tent for multiple people, it's too cheap for that. It hits this middle bracket of good enough for a small family outing, made affordable by cutting some corners.Cutting corners like poor instructions, and poor quality of compression cord. Things that are easily replaced with your own choice stuff. But thankfully not cutting corners on quality of sheeting, and the permeability of the material, or the strength of the tension rods. Decent zippers, and the cut is accurate so it keeps a good shape. My only big request is the final bag is too small. It's way too tricky to get it back in. Cut corners on small things fine, but not on something that I'm going to use every time. I can't imagine a bigger bag costs too much extra, and it would completely change my experience when I'm finishing up and need to go home.

Great quality & highly functional budget priced tent
The media could not be loaded. I'm pleasantly surprised at how well designed this tent is and the quality the manufacturer has achieved. For a budget price they have engineered a functional tent, with excellent weatherproofing, that's easy to erect. The tent is an ideal size for three adults, the proch area is a good sized space to store equipment in the dry. This space benefits from an incorporated ground sheet. It's thick and impenetrable from ground water rising through it. Within this area there are well placed storage pockets.I love the well though out design. Large mesh panels and good ventilation points make it an airy tent. The addition of two windows and the privacy blinds works very well. I love the height, making it ideal for children. The height makes changing cloths easy. There is a choice between two entrances, the largest can be fully opened to make a canopy whit the supplied poles. The tent has the advantage of being very waterproof and sturdy in strong winds. I tested this over a two day period of constant rain; heavy, drizzly and misty with a good coastal wind too and inside remained completely dry.I found this simple to erect. It has a straightforward design aided by colour coded poles. Two are the same and one has a red marking on the ends, insert this through the point with red tabs on. I am a seasoned camper and consider this tents design easy to put up. I didn't read the instructions and it took me 15 minutes on my own. The inside of the tent comes separate initially but can be put up once the outer is erected. The tent can be put down and stored with the inner still attached inside or removed, depending on preference. The outer is erected first which ensures a dry inner if its raining. The inner is hung and has the ground sheet already attached. The hanging points are easy to line up as the two top centre ones are colour coded to match the hooks. The overall quality of the tent exceeded my expectations. In my view this is a budget tent. The quality would suggest a middle to higher price tier. All the materials are a good level of quality. Waterproof and tough. The seams and stitching is flawless. The stitching is reinforced. The zipper functions smoothly and without resistance. Even down to the pegs, which are hardened and strong. This tent has impressed me no end. There's loads more points I could make about it. There was only one improvement I would suggest and that's the rear having only two peg points on each corner and I think it could have done with a centre peg too. However, that said, it still works well and this doesn't affect its functionality at all.

It's a nice tent
Set it up in nice weather, for the price paid it's a pretty decent little tent. Happily sit two people in the porch area. Good sleeping compartment. Could do with a extra hoop at the back of tent to stop the outer skin touching the inner, apart from that it's a good tent (so far)It's been used, and sadly it is not waterproof, if you know it's going to hot and good weather I'm sure it would be fine to use. It's now being returned as tents shouldn't let the rain in!

Good quality/design
The tent weighs just over 7.5Kg so not really suitable for backpackers. However the tent is fairly large and gives plenty of room for two people, three with the limited floor space I feel is a little tight, but probably fine for children. This isn’t what I would consider a cheap tent (£127.99 at time of review), so you are going to want to get your value from it from using it multiple times. The tent fits snuggly into the zippable bag provided, but it’s a little too snug for my liking, as trying to get it back into the bag after use is an art in itself. I eventually managed it, but make sure you note how its folded once you first unpack it. The bag contains, tent, ground sheet/inner tent, polls etc. so if you do find it hard to repack, you can always pack one of the elements separately, e.g. exclude the poles, which come in their own separate bag anyway. I tested the waterproofness of the outer fabric by standing water on it and it didn’t seep through, so that was good. Instructions are basic, but workable if you have some basic knowledge of how to erect a tent. No mallet is supplied, so you will need to take one or rely on finding a suitable rock, but in my experience, this is not a good idea as you are more likely to bend the anchor stakes. Quality on the whole is good, but the metal stakes included are basic and could easily pull out in strong wind if not angled appropriately.
