Cuts the inside of my gums and i can now close my mouth around the mouth piece, worked for 3 weeks only

No benefits at all.
Absolutely no benefit at all. I do not believe there is any device on the market to help snoring but always get roped into trying them for my husband. However the best (but not perfect) solution we have found is Nytol mousse which is the most effective, expensive though, but does stop snoring until the partner can get to sleep, but after a couple of hours the snoring returns if you can sleep through it. Hey ho will await yet another new product!!

Instruction on how to get it working is not adequate or clear. There is no what if in case the product does not fit. The product is too thick, too large within my mouth, more then one centimeter,

I followed the instructions and the first night I used it it fell out while I was a sleep, so I don't hold much hope on it working.

This guard is comfortable to wear and better yet can be adjusted. It is easy to clean unlike some others on the market. A small price to pay to avoid keeping your other half up at night!

Do not buy this its is so bad the instructions are bad and don't work and unless you have perfect straight teeth it will not fit so do yourself a favour and buy one from a different company.

Win win with snoreeze
Finally I have found a device that has stopped my snoring. I'm no longer being woken by the wife, who too is very happy enjoying her sleep.👍
