product provide backup to native M2 for both dispensing water and purifier motor. provide backup for atleast 30 mins. good product.

The ups doesn't have off function. Either disconnect or always on. Filter always works in on mode. This not good as electricity is consumed though not required. Made an arrangement of a switch to off the filter when not in use.

Loot machi hai… 2000 for a UPS… this work can be done by ur inverter.. please dont throw ur money off for a 6 hr backup… they are looting firat by selling the RO at a premium price… and then this… also it is a mandatory accessory as the purifier wont work if there is no electricity which defeats the purpose. It should be given for free.

The UPS while doing its job well does not have independent switching control and is on always on mode. If one needs to switch off the water purifier then the UPS needs to be uninstalled or disconnected as it continues to provide power to the system.

This is the use and throw product if any single issue will come there will be no one to service.Given numbers and mail I'd s are invalid and the app accept services in limited city which I don't know actually working or not but for me this is the worst product in basis of service.Never buy This company products not have any spares in the online platform to ease the customer.Worst product.This river I am writing after some everything.
