I bought this to be a standalone Windows machine for running proprietary video conferencing. As one person pointed out, it *is* quite a low-powered machine but that's there in the description and specs. If you understand what you're buying and it fits your needs it's a good little box. Disk space is quite tight on this model and large Windows update patches require some external storage, but note there are other models in the range if this is a problem for you.What's prompted me to write a review after all this time is the customer service: I've had a couple of reasons to contact the supplier, well outside of the Amazon return window, and both times they've been very quick to respond and very helpful. The second time turned out to be a hardware problem and, true to their word, they sent me out a brand new replacement as soon as they'd had confirmation from the courier that the original was on its way.So in summary: check the specs meet your needs, check other models in the range, but you can probably rely on the seller to look after you.

What an amazing product. This tiny 12cm square box replaced my old tower. It has all the ports for peripherals that you need including VGA and HDMI. Definitely recommend.

I bought this mini PC to play video from an external hard drive and stream video from YouTube. Additionally I was looking something that would be able to do this and run Hue Entertainment areas in the background. Sadly this machine failed to even do one of these tasks efficiently.The machine struggles with basic operations and is loaded with bloatware. I found myself spending an hour removing unnecessary software and games from the machine to clear up the hard drive - why is Candy Crush pre installed on this?? Additionally, running task manager showed around 80-100% of both CPU and RAM usage without any major programmes open and before I even attempted multitasking.In running 720p or 1080p video VLC struggles, providing choppy video quality and buggy audio. Windows media player was the only application that somewhat allowed video playback however I constantly had to move videos to my desktop and downgrade the video quality to make it watchable.Not really sure what I expected for £100 but this machine unfortunately doesn’t do what I need let alone the basics. Returning for a refund. I’ll attempt to built my own machine instead.P.S if you looking for a PC for basic text/word editing or browsing the web (all be it, slower than most phones) this will do the job.
