RTIC Spill Proof & Splash Resistant Lid - for RTIC New Design 40oz Tumbler

I used this as a replacement lid on my Ozark Trail 40oz tumbler and it fits well. Its a bit pricey but so far the first company to get a replacement lid for 40oz tumblers.

A bit pricey for what it is and does. You could buy a whole new tumbler for the price of this. Found out too late to just go to the Rtic website, they are significantly cheaper there.

Was delivered late, plus the lid won’t fit the tumbler with the rubber loop on. It’ll fit without the rubber loop, but that would just defeat the purpose on spill proof. I’ve literally placed my tumbler on the floor and used my body weight (214lbs) to try to push the lid down, but doesn’t budge! The rubber loop’s won’t allow the lid to slide into the tumbler.*** I was going to return it, but it’s not eligible for returns. I literally got it today (again, a day later than it was expected), but can’t return a defective item?? Absolutely ridiculous

I bought this lid as a replacement for my 30 oz RTIC. It looks just like the original but doesnt function like one. It wont fit over my tumbler the same way my old one did. You have to use all your weight to push it down but even then, it doesnt lock in. Then when you take it off, you have to be super careful you don't get water everywhere. But even though you can't push it down all the way, the seal is tight and when knocked over, doesnt leak. I just dont like how it doesnt fit completely over the opening.

This works really well. The other lids would leak but this one works well with my 40oz Ozark Trail Tumbler. No leaks even when my Tumbler falls off the table.

So I purchased this a while ago and over the past few months I've noticed that it constantly pops out of the cup that it is made for. It was next to impossible to find a lid for this size cup but when I saw this one even though the price was ridiculous I still got it so I can have a problem with me for it when it came it had flaws of the plastic that look like chips but they were like inside of the material so it wasn't really a big issue other than the look. It snaps in place very well but over time for some reason whether hot or cold things are inside of it or nothing at all it unseats itself and pops up. For the price the seller sold this for shouldn't have had any issues.

Received the lid yesterday and it leaks out the top and does not seal, tried to return to either get a replacement or my money backs and they won’t let me place a return or ask for a new item. DO NOT BUY

Fits nice and snug. It does sit higher than my old lid (see photos). I actually like it sitting up a bit. It makes drinking easier IMO. Never had an issue with it leaking. Tested it many times from different angles, even upside down. I like the locking lid better than my old one because this one opens all the way. I would order this product again and again.
