Bought as a replacement for the current element that had given up the ghost. This was exactly the same as the previous one. I'm no electrician but managed to wire it in by myself... just remember to turn the power off! Heat is good.

This kept tripping our electrics after a few hours despite being fitted by an electrician. It was on the same circuit as our fridge and freezer so we decided not to buy the same product again and ended up buying a much more expensive element from a local plumber. Ours may have been just one faulty item, but we decided we didn’t want to risk it happening again. Should be zero stars but you can’t submit a review unless you give a product at least one star.

I inherited a non functioning towel rail in my new flat, and found this item by googling the markings on the original element. The design is slightly different but the threads & wattage match and it's easy to fit. No leaks and it heats up nicely.

Arrived well packaged and protected from damage. Easy to install in an existing electric water filled bathroom wall mounted heater. Only thing missing is a small led bulb to show when it's on but doesn't detract from the product which is excellent.

Arrived very quick, only downfall was a small part was missing.

I fit the unit to give heat (electrical) to my heated towel rail in the summer months when the gas central heating is not used. This size unit was perfect and works very well.
