Worked great on a purse that lost its zipper pull.

I purchased these to replace some zipper pulls that had broken from my suitcase. The description says, "Replacement Metal Zipper Handle Mend..." so I thought that they would be metal. However, the ones that arrived were cheap plastic. I tried one of each color. The first one bent and came off on the first pull. The second one broke on the first pull, and the third one lost a spring on the first pull. Buyer beware: make sure that you are purchasing metal zipper pulls. These plastic ones are not strong enough to handle the force of zipping up a suitcase.

I had the pull break off from the attachable cosmetic bag of, to me, an expensive bag. I really resented having to pull it close with my fingers after only using the bag a handful of times. When I saw these, I immediately scooped them up! A gold one works just fine. I have a lot of extras.

They were much larger than I expected

Shocked I’d ever have to replace a zipper. Zip happens. A suitcase somehow managed to those both zippers when we collected our luggage after a recent flight. Hubs asked if I’d see if Amazon sold replacements. I was reluctant but there they were! Easy to use and good price.

I just went to use these for a bag this past week and discovered that they were scratched. Unusable to put on my new bags

The product is nice and quality looks good. But I received 3 silver and 3 black pieces instead of 2 each of black, silver and gold. I was looking forward for the golden ones.

Received only 5 pieces instead of 6💔
