The product arrived without instructions. The website was printed in very large letters on the shipping box so I tried that. That is not much help either. It instructed me to message them on Facebook Messenger. I did that on a Tuesday and by Saturday there was no response. There are no instructions on their website. There are the same bad videos. There are no labels of the parts on the YouTube videos but there are three types of screws and two types of nuts. No labels on the parts packaging. Very little narration. I'm a very handy person who usually does not need instructions and I am frustrated and stumped. I cannot recommend this product.I proceeded to try installing this in an aluminum framed window with the brackets inside the interior window trim. The interior frame of the window is about 1" high. I had to put lumber underneath it to not damage the window frame. This created all kinds of gaps for the hot exhaust air to return into my home and and for insects to enter.First they have you measure the depth of your window. Then you attach the feet. The 3rd step is to attach the exterior legs with the rotating padded feet. This requires holding up the leg while you fasten the bolts with a wrench on the exterior and a socket on the interior. However, they do not have you set the length properly - simply shows attaching it at the end. The legs do not even come close to touching the exterior wall of my home. The bracket is sitting the entire weight of a 12000btu AC on my aluminum window frame that is bending under the weight.I cannot recommend this product.

It was very difficult to install the screws, bolts and nuts with arthritic hands. It may have been easier to have push pins to readjust the legs instead of removing 2 bolts, 2 screws and nuts.It does save the air conditioner from falling out the window when installing and takes the weight off of dated, wood windows. Heavy duty bracket.I am very satisfied with the product performance.

The directions are not clear at all the YouTube video they tell you to watch is not helpful at all. The product itself is flimsy and breaks. Please save your money and move on to a better product I wish I had. Now I’m stuck paying for something that is broken and won’t work.

It’s very difficult to assemble. The directions are not clear, most items aren’t even labeled. Not worth the hassle, would’ve rather used the money I saved to have someone install another bracket.

Number the parts and make them correspond with the components in the written instructions. Also, you need a sound dampening material for the frame that sits on the interior window. My daughter’s room sounds like she’s counting down for liftoff…

Little close on small windows but did the trick when not wanting to drill holes into a rental.

Does not work do not waste your money.
