I tried their pure matcha green tea and i really liked it so i thought i would give this one a shot. I've heard that beet can be energizing and that's something that i can always use. i really enjoyed the taste of this tea. i had never really had anything like this before and i didn't know what to expect but the taste is great and i definitely see a noticeable boost in energy. i like to drink this in the afternoon before i workout to give me that extra energy that i sometimes need. i tend to be very sensitive to caffeine but even drinking this as late as 4pm-5pm before a workout didn't mess with me be able to fall asleep or stay asleep.

Absolutely love this stuff. I mix in the am with other stuff to help with the taste. I am not a fan of beets and this helps me get the benefits
