The customer service I received was fantastic!Original review: This basket was on my sister’s wedding registry and I was so disappointed when it arrived. In the description and pictures, the basket looks like it has gray stitching, not brown. This basket is also not as big as the pictures make it seem. And finally, the stitching was done very poorly.. This will be going back.

This is the PERFECT toy container for our living room. Once you unpack and reshape this it stands straight and looks amazing. If you have kids, you have toys all over your house. This is the perfect addition to our living room because it looks great, fits a ton of toys, and is soft so it doesn't scratch the floors or my little one. I previously had hard, plastic storage containers in the living room, but not only were they ugly, I was worried that my son would scratch the floor while he drug it around the house. I'll definitely be adding more to the house and dropping points for those toys that end up in EVERY part of the house.

The picture looks like this basket is white but it is really a dark cream...nothing close to white. The dark zigzag stitches have a few areas where they go back over each other so they look a little strange and not like the picture. It can hold a lot of blankets which was impressive. It was a little smooshed from packaging but as soon as I filled it up it started to take shape. Gave it 3 because of the off color and zigzags but it is a sturdy good basket that can hold a lot of blankets.

The basket is nice and large. I’m using it to store exercise equipment/weights. Once it’s unpackaged and set up for a bit it retains a nice shape.

Great basket! I love how sturdy it is, yet flexible to fold up. I use it for laundry and it’s great because it can hold a little, and still hold its shape, or hold too much when it overflowing and overstuffed, and not break or collapse.Super durable and flexible. I’ll definitely be ordering more!

Bought this item for my laundry. Its big enough for my load. It has a handle. Exactly looks the same with the pictures. Durable’s material and thick. Please see attached. Shipping was fast. The seller is friendly and provide a good customer service. I would recommend to anyone who needed 🙂

The color blend is great. Also I like the quality of handmade, material is soft, really nice packaging too! Great basket for storing towels and clothes. We really like the size of this basket, look larger than most of those we had seen on Amazon.

Love this bin! I threw all my flip flops in it so I didn’t have to take up room on my shoe rack. Is pretty big, so would work for numerous things (ie: baby clothes hamper, toy bin, etc...).
