STONELINE Future Frying Pan 20 cm with Sieving Glass Lid Suitable for Induction Cookers

This pan has changed my attitude to frying. I now do it more often, but using a tiny amount of oil, or an oil spray.I don't tend to use the lid-clipping feature much, because I'm not bothered about putting the lid down on the worktop. However, I really like the lid handle anyway - its a pleasure to grab hold of, and you don't worry about letting it slip. This makes the pan great for draining off liquid or fat at the end, by holding the lid tight and using the side drain channels in the pan.
