23731-6N21A Crankshaft Camshaft Position Sensor for Nissan Sentra/Altima/Frontier/X-Trail

This sensor is a bargain as long as it continues to work. Others here have reported failure but so far...going on 2 months...I have had no issues. BTW - These sensors are used in my 2003 Altima for both camshaft and crankshaft position sensing and are apparently notorious for failing...especially the original Nissan sensors which were a potted plastic design. This metal cylinder type is typical for replacing either position sensor. Frankly, I took a chance with this purchase purely for the low price .Other vendors and manufacturers wanted $25 to $50 more for this item so I rolled the dice. Up to this point I am very satisfied.
