Very easy, trouble-free install. I did this one thing differently ...
I was worried when I viewed some online videos where people said they had to bend the bracket to make it fit right. They must have been talking about a bracket from some other source. These brackets (I bought two) fit my Honda 2200iTAG and 2200iTAG1 generators perfectly. They were easy to install and look good. When I opened the box, a tiny card measuring perhaps 2x2" shared some ultra-brief instructions and a QR code I used to open an install video. The install video was not made by the maker of the bracket but a video some other purchaser had posted to YouTube. I did not expect that. The instruction card and the video both said to remove from the inside of the bracket two short strips of black padded tape. I did not do this. I left the strips in place because I thought the strips would help avoid any rattle in the bracket that might happen when I ran the generator. I think that you can leave the strips on or take them off, and the bracket installs tight enough to avoid the rattle either way.

Fits Very Well
This is a great addition to my generator that occasionally sits locked up but exposed to bad guys. The bracket is very well made, fits snug and will add to the security of the generator. The finish is good, the welded nuts, screws & spacers are well designed. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It was about 10 minutes to install. I label and keep the "security" allen wrench with the generator should the bracket ever need removal for servicing. Thanks for a great product.

Slight adjustment needed.
Okay, its 2022 so you should be reading reviews for any product you invest in. Especially if it is to help deter theft of your very expensive generator. As others have mentioned, this product has one big flaw. Past that, it functions as it is intended to. You'll notice upon installation that the bolts are not necessarily aligned. This is due to the tabs that grab onto the tamper proof bolts. I found on mine that one bolt went in easily the other one towards the gas cap end was ever so slightly bent away for the bolt to grab onto. I took a hammer (some heavy duty pliers would be better) and tapped it so it would bend inwards. After that, I guided the bolt through its nylon sleeve and it went in smoothly. ONE thing I was afraid of was the allen key that was provided..I thought might strip out the bolts. The hardware is not the best but you can replace them if you want to. Other than that, well worth the investment. Gives me a peace of mind only cost me 20 dollars versus the 50 dollar price tag of the actual Honda product. Would buy again.

Fits a Wen 56200, with slight modifications
Well made will probably only slow down a determined and decently equipped thief. I purchased this to see if it would fit my Wen 56200 and it does (so imagine it will also fit a 56225), with slight modifications. I simply had to push the two flanges that sit closest to the gas cap outward, to match the angle of the two rear flanges ( the ends of the two front flanges are closer together than the two rears.). I also added a bit of 1” wide (~1/16” thick) extra foam tool-drawer liner underneath the handle, close to the rear, to take up extra slack between the top of the handle and the guard. With these modifications, the handle fit nearly perfectly—it’s maybe a 3/8-1/2 inch too long but hardly noticeable. Next step will be to bend the two short flanges on each end downward, and then this will fit even better. To push the 2 flanges outward without damaging them, wrap both flanges with a few layers of blue painters tape. Then use a couple of clamps with flat edges to gain leverage close to where the flanges are bent (meaning, closest to the top of the handle itself). It will be awkward, but you can manage to push the flanges out, using the clamps, one side at a time until their angle matches the rear flange of the same side. It may help to stand on the middle of the handle with a foot, against the edge of a stair or other hard surface.Happy this was able to fit and glad to have the extra security.

Bolts don't line up
As mentioned by some, the bolts may not line up perfectly with the threaded portion. Light tap with a regular hammer to the threaded side tang and it changed the angle about 2 degrees and it lined up. This appears to be a problem with most of the knock-offs out there. You can read reviews and find it. Check it before assembly or you may cross thread it. Thread bolt from the wrong side all the way in to determine alignment. You can pay triple and get OEM and who knows? Methods to fix this aberration include my hammer tap, XL size channel lock, rubber mallet and vise.Unit also rattles around so plan on adding something to accommodate that or it will make noise when you run the generator. Methods include: jam a rubber hose washer, wood shim, zip tie.Worth the price paid. but not bullet proof against roto-zip cutters, or someone with an Allen wrench. Just a deterrent.

Easy installation
The bracket was very easy to install. The security screws aligned without issues. Please note to follow the directions and push down on the bracket on your generator to ease the installation. I believe this is just to compress the rubber/foam attached to the underside of the bracket.I'm very pleased with the fitment. ( Just be sure to orient the bracket flange to clear the fuel filler cap when tightening the retention screws and all should be good! )

No Complaints here...
This was easy to install. Seems to made well. Add extra security to my expensive Honda 2200 inverter. It does not seem to make the generator handle to uncomfortable to use. Hardly notice it is there.

Fitment and Alignment
First and foremost, part is made out of good material and does what it’s supposed to. As far as installation goes, easy but I definitively had to make adjustments to the item due to improper fitment of the rivets. Also, the item didn’t sit properly on the handle of the generator causing it to not sit flush. I had to open up the tabs on the end that faces the front to allow it to sit properly and flush.

Easy install and very good quality

Great fit and finish
Fits exactly over the generator handle. Well constructed piece that should deter breaking the handle to walk away with the generator.

AS DESCRIBED
Installs easily once you realize it's configured for one way only.Easy mistake due to the visually proportioned design...so it fits perfectly. For a quick handle cut, grab and go theft...it is indeed a deterrent presuming you've got a chain or cable through the handle. Considering the cost of these generators, it's worth the price.

Installation of bracket
Little tough to install. Had to use large slip joint pliers to pry down to install mounting bolts

DOES NOT FIT
I have a Honda generator EU2000i which this handle is claimed to fit. It does not. The short "tail" is next to the fuel cap, as directed. No amount of positioning will allow the handle to sit flat in order to insert both screws. When I tried to force it, the screw started to go into the plastic handle. It's a total waste of money. If I could rate it a zero, I would. Please note I did not try to reach out to the seller for a refund, as I allowed too much time to pass.
