Best fit and coverage
I don't usually leave reviews, but for this product I felt I must. Hopefully it will help other women in need if this type of product. Having been bedridden for almost a year and a half I have gone through many adult diapers. I found they were all heavily padded in the front and ightly in the back. While obviously that would be great for me, but not for women. First off we aren't designed for that, men are they urinate in front but women, especially when laying down, tend to have our urine travel down and back. After much frustration and discomfort, I thought I'd try a new brand again and keep my fingers crossed. After much searching I thought I would try NorthShore. I had recently switched to using their wipes when the ones I had been using, (which had been a top brand), had begun producing a cheaper version of their original. The wipes were fantastic. My husband whom on occasion helps me with clean up said they were far better than what we had been using Upon receiving the Northshore Over night diapers I noticed right away the heavy blue section went all the way from front to back. I knew it would insure better coverage. Next was the cut of the diaper, more streamlined and it fit much more comfortably around my legs. Not a lot of material down the front and back of the legs, like the other brands. The tabs are longer making it easier for fastening, and not the velcro type tabs you usually get, that can get stuck wrong or catch in the wrong spot as your trying to fasten them. There is not a lot of of bulky elastic excess bunching around the legs that normally make for a lot of itching. All in all I'd say these are, in my opinion, the best on the market for comfort. One other issue to cover, leakage, I literally have had none, neither sitting up or laying down. They wick the moisture away quite well and I can wear these longer than any of the other brands. These cost a little more than I'm use to paying, but considering the comfortably, less changes they are definitely worth it.

Absolutely last 12 hours with no leaks... That's no lie!
This diaper or briefs with tabs is by far the most superior adult incontinence diaper by 100 miles....I have tried Depends, Attends, and 1/2 dozen no name brands when my sister was in a SNF. These leave my sister dry with ZERO leaks overnight which is when I use them. She is completely dry no wet spots or flooding of urine onto the underpads. They only negative thing I have to say is these really are more expensive than other diapers however I do save money and not having to change underpants all the time I don't know if it actually equals out but it also allows me to sleep through the night without having to change her an extra time. She also sleeps comfortably throughout the night. Not that this has to do with functionality but it's nice that if you want you can order them in colors other than white my sister likes it and that's what counts because she's the one wearing them. I cannot recommend these enough even if you can only afford them like me for the night time it gives you peace of mind my sister has absolutely no skin breakdown and I am really happy happy with this product. I will also add that the company North shore usually send something in your order like a free package of wipes or booster pads so you always get a little something extra which is very very nice especially in this day and age. Oh and before I forget the tab stick and they can be repositioned and they still stick very important.

AMAZING!!!
This product is AMAZING!!! Super absorbent, locks in odor, super strong sticky tabs, nice smooth plastic backing AND it comes in several colors! :D I've had no issues wearing these to work, amusement park, fun festivals, etc. I buy these all the time, they're a very important staple in my stash. I love them so much! 5/5 stars for absorbency! I can wear these all day and feel 100% protected! I normally change every 6-8(MAX) hours, usually every 6 though and I've never had a leak in that time. I/5 stars for comfort because sometimes find I have to adjust the extra wing plastic that's on the inside of the diaper because it can kind of scrunch together and it can be a little uncomfortable, but that's easily fixed by re-straightening them. And in the summer, these diapers can get pretty warm since these ones are plastic backed, they're not breathable like a cloth-backed one would be. For more breathable protection, I buy the MegaMax AirLocks from NorthShore. They're the same as these just cloth-backed. 5/5 stars for the price. Yes, these are a little on the pricier side, but I've never found anything on the same level as these that aren't AB/DL products and even these are about the same as those, so I think they're very well priced. The quality is worth the extra money in my opinion. Overall, I think these are amazing diapers and definitely worth the cost!!! :D 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

Best leakproof adult diaper. But very sweaty. Like wearing a plastic trash bag.
The most leak-proof, the most heavy-duty, best holding for full bowel movement and full bladder, diapers for adults. Helped me through several partial bowel obstructions. They leak less than all other diapers. That being said: they are hot and sweaty. They are basically like wearing a plastic trash bag. The same reason they are leak proof, is the same reason they are sweaty. This is not safe for long long long term use. Because the sweat can cause fungal and bacterial growth issues. So I would recommend using these diapers only for short times for the most intense times— and then using more breathable adult diapers for other times. And airing out your skin whenever possible too, for safety. That being said— these diapers were THE BEST for holding up to heavy duty messes and massive multiple bowel movements during passing bowel instructions or significant other medical problems. They held the most. The leaked NEVER. That was awesome. They are also very expensive, sadly. Like I said, reserve them for the worst case scenarios. The heaviest duty TEMPORARY times. Then use more breathable diapers when possible.

Excellent Overall!
We bought this brand, medium size, for a 200lb bedridden, immobile patient. After the failure of another brand, we were quite anxious to find something better. NorthShore was it! This is like the Taj Mahal of diapers! The outer plastic material is sturdy and holds up to a fair bit of tugging as we adjusted the placement underneath our patient (although there is a limit to that). The tabs are easily readjusted and still hold their sticking power. The absorbency is also fantastic and does well even with BMs. There are effective outer and inner elastics around the legs to prevent leakage. For us, all this makes the higher cost worth the money - especially so after having to throw out the previous package of another brand. The only drawback is that they ship from Illinois (we are on the west coast) making it important to plan ahead for shipment time. Expediting costs are expensive.

Say hello to dry mornings!
My grandfather is 94 and has Alzheimer's. He lives with me and I'm his full-time caregiver. I do not disturb him during the night so as not to disrupt his sleep schedule. I've tried several "overnight" diapers and wake up every morning to wet sheets, pajamas and under pads no matter my efforts. This is the first and only diaper that does not leak. It's thick and bulky yes, but it draws the moisture away from his skin. It even works when he's had a BM. I know it's pricey but I'm not doing laundry daily or throwing out 2-3 disposable under pads every day. Clean up in the morning is so much faster. I went ahead and put it on a monthly subscription.

No Thank You
The NorthShore MegaMax Overnight 12‑Hour Diapers were disappointing. The plastic backing felt oversized and bulky, and the tabs tore easily—one even ripped a hole straight through the diaper. They were extremely noisy, which made them uncomfortable for the patient, and they struggled to remove them quickly, so I can’t say whether they would actually last the full 12 hours. Thankfully, the pack only came with four. Due to their size and stiffness, they were also difficult to put on properly
