These adult diapers are the best ones we’ve tried for my mother. She has dementia and is bedridden. We do add a large Tena (paddle shaped) pad to the inside; however, I feel like we could go without the additional pad if we wanted because these diapers have a decent pad inside. They’re a little pricey compared to the other adult diapers we’ve tried, but worth it since they work so well. The other ones we use are the Tena ProSkin Overnight Super Protective adult incontinence diapers.

I have tried different briefs for my loved one, and this is the best for overnight use. Paired with the NorthShore booster pad, there is rarely a leak. Ordering by the case is the way to go. They are shipped in a heavy box and arrive in good shape. With Subscribe & Save, just one less thing to worry about.

Costs more than a car payment, by the month. Good product, though.

ive gone through a lot of diapers and i honostly believe this is the best there is! good job northshore! minus 1 star only cause of the cost! 10 diapers for $40 is so expensive. they last 12 hours, so that's $240 a month on just diapers! two hundred dollars on just diapers is so expensive.. i went to northshore website to see if there's better prices, or if i can buy in bulk to save, but it doesn't look like it. sadly the other brands are no where near as good so i don't have much of a choice here :(

I don’t write many reviews, but had to for this one. I take care of my elderly father and we’ve tried quite of few adult diapers and they were all so bad. My dad has to take diuretics and drink lots of water so it makes him have to pee a lot and so I needed something that could hold a lot of urine… well these do the job and then some. I’ve never had a diaper break or leak even overnight not once. They are super absorbent and tough. He’s not had any rashes or anything and he has sensitive skin. Definitely worth the purchase .

These are diapers you can depend on. 12 hours proven. Loved them! No longer needed.

These are the best ! No leaks, hold a lot of either way, and no changing bedsheets ! They say 12 hours, uncooperative spouse has pushed it to 24 hours. No leaks, and he was dry due to built in liner.
