I've been taking these for at least a decade now, through many different label designs and price increases, and I still think they're worth it. Remember that it's not just about cost, but value. They're small, tasteless, don't give you fishy burps, and of course, are vegan. I've never once worried about my omega fatty acids thanks to these.

Just casually read the label this morning over breakfast and realized we have inadvertently only been taking half the dose since last summer when not just the label changed, but the dose per soft gel changed as well. We have been taking this supplement since 2018 and I freaked out, tracing back through my Amazon purchases to find out exactly when the change happened and how long we have been deficient. So, yeah, great supplement, but be aware of the change! I took one star off my review because I feel like there should have been an email to customers or some other type of clear notice of the big change! I just ordered another bottle, but I may be shopping around for a new source.

This product came recommended to me and I will only use this omega. The capsule is small and easy to swallow. There is ZERO after taste and NO heartburn to follow. I can take it at anytime of the day. Definitely recommend this product

Our primary care physician is a firm believer in having his patients take an omega-3 supplement. As a vegetarian, this was a good solution - good quality without the fishy taste!

Been taking for years and you can feel the benefits 😍😍

I've been taking this brand for a while and had been very happy. However as others have noted it became unavailable for a while, and just as my last pills ran out, I saw that it was suddenly available again in this new version and being a trusting person ordered it right away because I did not want to run out. This morning I opened the new bottle to take my pill, realized they were a new smaller version, then checked to see that it required 2 pills to get the same dose as before. The old version used to be one pill per dose, so 60 pills lasted 60 days. The new version is two smaller pills per dose but the bottle still has 60 pills, so only lasts 30 days, and the price is only about a dollar less than the old bottle was. I am a business owner, and understand price increases, but for the price to almost double is ridiculous and gouging. I will be looking for another Brand, unfortunately.
