Instructions were easy to follow and worked as described. Water quality is outstanding. I had been buying bottled water because of a health concern and this will pay for itself in a few months . Wish I got it sooner.

If you’re looking for a R/O water filtration system then ok no further. This is a great system. Install was relatively easy and the difference it’s made in the quality and taste of our water is remarkable. It takes a really great product for me to give it 5 stars. I doubt you’ll be disappointed. My only gripe is that they need an updated installation video. I searched U tube but found sub-par installation videos available. However, the engineering behind this product is excellent!

The filter system works as described. My water tastes great now. The install was a bit challenging and I am handy. The instructions are not clear in a couple of spots when it comes to connections but i figured it out and got it installed. If you are not handy, I'd recommend a handyman to do the install. The dispenser seems a bit cheap/weak. Outside of that I am more than satisfied to have clean water that tastes good instead of like chlorine.

We have a large extended family and often entertain the group. Our water is generated from an onsite pump system, and we have a reverse osmosis filtration system that provides clean water to the kitchen water dispenser. The system will struggle during family gatherings, so I added a second system. I picked a location in the garage that allowed me to run a second supply tube into the kitchen. Fortunately, the system NU Aqua Reverse Osmosis System that I purchased turned out as the BEST choice. Given how many choices are available, I picked this one after reading the positive reviews. Here are some additional things that are worth mentioning. The system arrives very well packaged, and the supplied items are separated intuitively by type i.e. all filters are packaged, the installation kit, tubing, fittings, tank are separated. What I most appreciated are the installation instructions. Clearly the manual for this system was written with careful attention for non-technical people. This manual is step-by-step and has been carefully edited and the English is clear with no grammatical errors. It contains multiple photos of each installation step AND the various water tubes are color-coded as well as the fittings they attach to. The installation kit contains everything required to connect to the water supply valve and to the drain. You only need a few tools to tighten the connection to the supply valve and a way to drill a ¼” hole in the sink drain to affix the drain tube. The rest of the fittings are simple tube fittings where the tube is pushed into the fitting (nothing to tighten and nothing to leak). Again, all the required fittings are included with the kit. The company clearly understands this market and I appreciated their attention to making what looks like a complicated system very easy to install. They even provide a wrench to tighten the filter housing and a decal for each filter housing containing the different filter part numbers thereby ensuring that you buy the correct replacement filters when the time comes. One recommendation is that you purchase a bulk length of tubing (Amazon cleverly gives a pop up add for the extra tubing and some additional fittings during checkout). Depending on where you install the tank, the filters and water dispenser, you will probably find some of the tubing supplied with the system is too short. It’s cheap insurance to have the extra tubing and it saved me a trip to the hardware store.

There was no change in the ppm of my water from no filter to after filter. Changed the filters out three times and flushed the tank and system 6-10x with each set of filters. Called customer support whose primary concern was obtaining my personal information rather than helping me with the problem. When I explained that I didn’t want to give my personal information out and that I could read the model number off of the equipment, the representative replied with “well, I’ll just use your phone number.” At that point, after several long days of work, a few weeks waiting on shipping, and no help with troubleshooting their non working system without raping me for my personal information, I gave up and decided to go with a different company and product. Won’t be buying from NuAqua again.

This set up goes above and beyond came with a high quality stainless fitting for in line cold and had the best instructions book I have ever seen watch the video through a couple times and have the book as a on site guide and you should be set. My only complaint is the tank top shut off valve should have also been metal but it is thick plastic and does work. My tds went from 467 to 50 with the provided meter will test with my apera later to back check.
