One way that I stay healthy is by taking a daily probiotic pill. I was using a different product and switched to this one because the price is right. Excellent sized probiotics capsules, and easy to take and swallow. This probiotic is the second week trying, and it worked extremely well, the best I have used. For the first week or two my stomach was more... Active. Overall I feel like I'm getting more from the food I eat, and it makes me less hungry overall. I'm able to eat less over the course of the day, but still feel energized. I've been very happy with my experience so far. I found these probiotics to be of high quality.
