Melatonin never worked well in our family so we tried a few different alternatives and this one just works. We all take them an hour or so before bed and we all have very good, deep sleep. I can even see the improvement in my sleeping stats on my fitbit: less time awake and more deep sleep and REM. It's easier to wake up in the mornings too. Highly recommended.

These are strong! I gave one to my 10 yr old and she was so drowsy in like 5 minutes. I tried one myself and got sleepy right away. This is good only for night time and maybe half of one for younger children. I cannot imagine taking two as an adult. Overall it’s too soon to say the overall effects but if you’re looking for melatonin alternative for adults and kids. Try them.

I am so disappointed - my 6 year old HATES the taste/texture of these gummies. He literally threw up after eating one gummy. I bought these because of the positive reviews, but if you can't even get your child to keep the vitamin down once they eat it, there is nowhere to go to see progress from there. VERY disappointing. You CANNOT return these, so I'm stuck with another bottle of unused vitamins that pretend to deliver great things to your child.

Our son has a lot of fruit allergies and sensitivities. He has had zero issues with the grape flavor. Awesome!

These are great for my 7yr old. He has ADD and his sleep was terrible! He used to wake up in the middle, get night terrors and wake up super early. It took about 2-3 weeks til we noticed he wasn't doing any of the above.

I got these for my son, and they are a great non-melatonin option. I take them too and they work great!
