Go Boult or previously known as Boult has the same issue. They say water proof and but it can't even take some sweat when cycling. Not sure why, but it charges but not turning on. Pretty poor quality. Sound of this neck band has gone south. Horrible sound and there is no base and troubke. It's just midrange That's why I am giving 2 star. Not at all durable. Trust me. Don't buy this because It sounds horrible!

It's a good product but after sales service of the boult is not good. If you have to exchange your product so you have to deliver the product by yourself.

Review from audiophile after using is for 3 month over all rating 2⭐️ Broke my headphone in first week, fixed it using feviquick. built quality is below average, ear tips are of below average rubbur, can fall off easily, neckband is flexible and will not break easily Bass 2☆ - Not punchy bass, You need to turn off the equalisers, or set it to Normal, Bass is getting worst after 3 month, i can't hear any bass, even if i turned the volume to full. Mids & highs 2☆ Some Highs are overpowered by bass but overall sound quality is average. After 3 month my experience isn't same as first month of use. Very good for 100hrs battery back up 3☆, take call, good mic Not able remove the background noise, if you're at any public place, surrounding sounds will not be cancelled. I used this while comuting 2hrs daily inside car. After 3 month it is getting worst, i barely can hear music in public places. I recommend buying either realme, oneplus, JBL, infinity or Xiaomi. Don't buy this.

After using 11 months, one side is not working. After warranty claimed, no technical support came. I m still using it. It is a normal product. Call quality is good. Sound bass is ok. Battery backup was very good for 1st 6 months. If the price is 799 to 850 then go for it.
