Never Run Out iPhone X/ Xs Backup Battery Charger Protective Case, 6000mAh, 180% Extra, Fast-Charging Power Bank + Gift: Glass Screen Protector

I liked the charger for how inexpensive it was. However it wasn't too efficient and pretty bulky. I've had it this long and it stopped working. Can't return it now since it past the return date buy I wish I could because I could sure use one for the iPhone x because the stock battery from that year isn't too good.

My daughter used this all summer as a backup battery phone case for her iPhone X. It worked GREAT! She could charge and listen to music at the same time which is why we bought this item. Last week she went to take the case off to charge it and the lightening charger came off - ugh! Obviously the case no longer worked. I hoped to get more use from this case for my daughter who loves her phone more than anything else. The plastic also slightly chipped near the edge, but that was acceptable with a teenager using it (constantly) every day. My suggestion is to buy this for travel and needing lots of battery power - you wont be disappointed but just be a little gentle with it when removing your phone. This is a great buy and very useful. Another part of the case that is awesome is it has a built in stand so you can prop it up to watch shows - that was a bonus for us. (The card holder on the back didn’t come with the case.)UPDATEThe seller has been in touch and we are communicating about how to fix the issue. AMAZING customer service. I don't know if I made it clear, but when the battery had its lighting connector it worked PERFECTLY, My daughter never ran out of charge which was comforting with her being away. I've changed my star rating and always love working with people who back up their products (pun intended).

This case has incredible power supply, but I gave it 3 stars for 3 reasons:1. The "sync through" feature only works if you press the button on the case to begin charging the iPhone. If you're not charging the iPhone with the case attached then the "sync through" feature does not work.2. The phone is VERY VERY difficult to remove from the case without stretching out the plastic on the top portion of the case.3. The case design makes it difficult for a third-party to hear the caller using this case when the caller has speaker phone on. This point is actually how I first learned how difficult it is to remove the phone from the case.Out of all the iPhone X cases I've tested, this case has the best additional battery capacity in its size and weight class. The other two cases I tried with similar battery capacity were cheaply designed and/or made you feel like you had time traveled back to the 80's and had a "Zack Morris - Saved by the Bell" phone in your pocket. I'm currently using this case, but I have had to give up using the speaker phone because no one can hear me while in the case. I decided the extra battery was worth its continued use in conjunction with a bluetooth earpiece since I'm sacrificing the ability to use the speaker phone feature.

I LOVE this battery case. The bulk is not much bigger than an otter box case. My phone never used to last through the day. I play pokemon on breaks :). The battery life indicator on the back shows the charge left with a push of the button. It also shows how much is left when charging. I have an old car stereo so I use the lighting port to connect to my stereo with an analog connection and it works flawlessly. I can now listen to my podcasts and charge my phone at the same time! Another nice feature is that while charging you can press the button on the back and it will change the phone first and then the battery pack. As long as you are carefully inserting the phone in and out of the case the connector should be fine, however, I do see how it would be easy to break. It could use a little reinforcement. It looks like the only weak spot on an astounding product. I've had it for three weeks now. UPDATE Case stopped charging one day after the 30 day warranty. I contacted the seller and he promptly shipped me a new one. Great customer service. I hope this one lasts a little longer :)

Update: Seeler contacted me immediately after finding out about my issues with the case via email. Sent me a replacement, which I received 2 days later. New case works as advertised, and I haven’t had any issues with it. Phone has been charged all day and night for the past 2 days. Very happy with the customer service and the case.Got the case a few days ago, and followed the instructions. Charged just the phone case overnight around 8 hours. When I woke up, it only had charged it to around 50%. I installed it on my phone anyways. I constantly have to power on the case to have it charge my phone. It will only charge my phone for about 10 mins and then shuts off on its own. Also, instructions say that it charges your phone 1st and then the battery. Well it doesn’t. Plugged it in with my phone installed in it the 2nd night and woke up about 8 hrs later and my phone had 28% and the case about half charged. Not happy with my purchase.

*UPDATE* I’m changing to 4 stars. Seller rectified the problem by refunding my money. With that being said, I was happy with the product. The battery life itself was great and never seemed to get worse over the 5 months I had it. Every once in a while you’ll come across a product with a manufacturing defect. That doesn’t necessarily mean now all the products are defective. Would still recommend!Worked pretty well for about 5 months but now the battery is actually expanding into the case causing the phone to be pushed out. Seems like some sort of manufacturing flaw...
