After my physio sessions, where I used a similar roller to this, I was keen to get one for myself to use at home. My physio had a look at this specific product and said it looked good, he advised getting a roller with some textured bumps (not sure what the technical term is !).It arrived undamaged and ready to use. After a few weeks worth of uses, it hasn't lost its shape but time will tell. My physio did warn me that, as it is essentially foam, it will lose shape but this has taken years with intense daily use.I'm 6ft and this roller is just the right size, with perhaps a few centimetres to spare ! You can feel those little textured bumps when you're rolling away on it, but it's a pleasant massage sort of feeling - not knobbly !As someone who is using this casually for physio exercises, I would recommend this product.

I use it for pilates exercise. It has the added advantage, in comparison to other foam rollers, that it does not roll over so easily due to its surface bumps which also add a feeling of comfort when lying full length on the roller. I have not had it for so long as to testify as regards durability but it looks quite sturdy.

Foam roller arrived in good time and well packaged. I haven't used the roller much yet but I'm very happy with it so far and has been great for the physio and Pilates exercises I have been given to do to help my back and shoulders. Also a great roller for post run rollering!

I gave osteoarthritis of the hips and a stiff back. This is great for decompressing the spine as you can place it vertically. Make sure you watch tutorials as using it incorrectly can cause issues.

I was recommended a smooth foam roller for post workout muscle soreness however, I do not feel the benefits of this. I find I only get relief with textured rollers
