Very easy to lock and unlock the wheels.
This is a very good roller. The other one I had prior to this had to be secured with 4 different little feet that needed to be turned clockwise in order to make contact with the floor. Then I would have to unlock all of the wheels. This is so much better. I have it in the garage of my 5th wheel toyhauler. When I get to my location, the washer and dryer have not moved an inch.

Too flimsy
Received this product to use on my stacked washer and dryer. It kept coming appart just putting the stack on top of it. It is a very poor product and would not recommend it to anyone

It rolls out as advertised!
I have been remodeling our laundry room and builtt in the watsher and dryer. I needed to be able to roll it out in the event I have an issue.This worked great!

Not hard to put together. I had 1 rod that was slightly bent, however was able to adjust to make it fit. Easy to roll... A bit confusing when I saw a picture of two of these, then only received one. Now I realize it is a picture of both top and bottom, yet it also shows two appliances.

Be careful. This item will not work with a standard clothes washer. To get it to the width and depth needed for a washer, it needs to be extended to the maximum recommended in their instructions. When extended to that point, any substantial weight will cause it to buckle and the adjustable feet, even though fully retracted, will hit the floor and the unit will not move. Save your money if using for any full size appliance.
