I have been buying it many times for several months. The last pack I received has the phool of small size, damaged, not of round shape, having no peel for most of them. Before this I had no complaints. As it is relating to health, I am not going to buy this brand anymore and will be going for buying another brand. No matter what, paneer phool is good and seemingly controls blood sugar level. So I will be continuing buying this, but from another brand. If you wish, you may give it a try. Your packet might be a good one.
