These are very easy to use. There does seem to be some improvement already after just a few uses.Update - after using at least once daily for 6 - 8 weeks, the improvement is incredible. My nails have been a horrible yellow-brown colour for years and I’ve tried everything. Admittedly, I’m not very good at being consistent with soaking nails and remembering to add lotions and potions twice a day, but these are so easy to pop on your nails. Now my nails are pink again, and there is only a slight bit of fungus at the very top of the nail, which I have trimmed down. I could go swimming or wear open toed shoes and no-one would know. This is a life changing product!The battery life is amazing too; I bought 2 of the devices back in September and it’s now November and I haven’t had to recharge them yet after daily and sometimes twice daily use.

The unit comes in a very professional package; however, as others have noted, it isnt easy to use.It slips off of my big toes very easily, but equally, the clamp pressure hurts my other toes.After extensive use I can see NO improvement, although I know the device is working, as when the nail is wet, you can feel the heat and running a 2nd cycle results in a burning sensation deep inside the nail.I will persevere, and hope over time it will do something.

That's the best I can say. Being diabetic I'm prone to infections under my fingernails and toenails. The infections have definitely lessened considerably since using it. Great little device. So far so good.

After a two month continuous use no effect at all. Extremely expensive for what it is. It will be used for more months and I 'll come back to report again.

It’s hard to say if it’s working or not, because it’s only been a week or two, but it seems to be doing something, though I try and use it twice a week, plus I use separate cream.

Use it twice a day, but only had it a few days, so far so good. Perhaps in a couple of months I might be able to tell you more.

I have only been using this device for 3 days so can't tell yet whether it is going to work, the idea of it working though is amazing.

I used the product several times and saw improvement. however, it won't charge after the battery is drained in the first use.

It didn’t work; I returned it for a replacement, and that one didn’t work either.The light (the one that’s supposed to be what makes it work) didn’t turn on on either.Now I’m overdue for the return and quite annoyed at them.Update: I’m not 100% sure the refund has gone through, but Amazon gave me the amount, and it’s $21 less than I spent. Don’t do it guys.
