Sound issue
I just received my headphones and the left earphone has about half of the volume of the right earphone. I know the product is refurbished so I don't mind some scratches but the sound is the most important part. I have filed a claim for an exchange so hopefully the issue is resolved soon.

It has good bass and is good but the mic dose not work but the battery is good to and very easy to use and fit is good

Great Value for Almost New Earbuds
Basically good as new. Have had no issues with cleanliness, functionality, or battery life.

Need to Charge often
My onle complaint is that the charge doesn't last long. I use 1 earbud at a time and have the other one charging. The price was less than other pairs I've purchased. The sound is good so overall a decent product for the price.
