These lures catch EVERYTHING! if you are trying for just one type of fish, this isn't your lure. We even tried it on the bay (saltwater) and caught some Blues!! great lure. Only a 4 star because after a while, you may lose the bottom treble hook. They have a tendency to come off.

I love fishing! my boyfriend knows it too! if he wants to find good hooks he asks me. Although a little on the heavy side, I wish they were lighter. will definitely order the smaller size, but these are great catchers no doubt!

I Love these flies. I trout fish all the time. Distance is not a problem and the weight once you get them started isn't there. They give a great flash in the water. This past season I caught about 100 trout with them. largest as 3.8 pounds and 21 inches. If you have never used these you should.
