Purchased this unit even though i was leary of the reviews. I wanted the pass through charging and this unit did not do as advertised. I have to separate the case from the phone and charge each individually.Update: Vendor contacted me about this review, I accepted another case and have been using it for a few weeks now. The one thing I can say is that the case and phone battery will charge through the charge port as advertised. I recommend that you use a fast/smart charge system. The normal chargers will not charge both. Bumped rating 2 stars for Vendor customer service.

Considering all the bad reviews on this product, I am surprised at how the product performed. It honestly did a lot better than expected. I am able to fully charge my phone multiple times using this case and used it for 4 months. Performed well during that entire time. Product was easy to remove and replace onto the phone.Unfortunately, my phone battery deteriorated to the point where it was shutting off at 70% charge so I had to actually replace the battery instead of just constantly charging it with this product.

I've had two of these cases in less than a year. The first case died within two months. Company quicky responded and refunded me, so I ordered another one. Second case died within 10 months. I emailed customer again, took a few days for someone to get back to me. He asked for my order number, which I provided and then all of a sudden, neither the email address for customer service or the person who emailed me directly works! Getting a no address found from the server. Don't waste your money.

This product is defective. This is the second I have personally purchased and can't easily find a return process anywhere.Please clearly indicate how to return items for warranty replacement so that customers can return.

I liked this battery case until it died only 2 months after purchase. I'll look at competitors case next time

I don't know why people have complained about the battery life, mine has lasted 2 years now got it on april 2018, i love it and use it a lot, i I've dropped it so many times and still intact.

Got one, it stopped charging after 30 days. Second one just crapped out after 3 months and is not taking a chargeUpdate: they sent me another one when they saw this review, great customer service! Unfortunately it only lasted 2 months and is now broken again

The product does what it's supposed to do and it does it well. Also I dropped my phone on a hard concrete factory ground twice and it's still in perfect condition so that's a big plus, however I will say that the edges of the screen are almost in front of the case it has an almost unnoticeable lip for the front of it. All in all a good purchase for the price and it survived two hard hits on the ground and still works.
