I saw a commercial ad on facebook that said Horse Chestnut helps prostate issues but not the way you think. This supplement helps vein issues, not the prostate. Because it helps veins it works on the urinary tract as well. It definitely made a difference the first time I took it. Flow improved about 50% so it is well worth it. Saw Palmetto never helped with prostate issues at all. This actually helps the flow issue.
