Bad spelling, strange unexplained ingredients, one recipe said to cook for 60 - 90 minutes in a microwave ! No logic to quantities - for 1 person, or 2, 4, 6, 7, 16 etc.Best part of the book was the cover, but even that tailed off without completing the sentence on the back cover. Rushed job, sloppy editing, and really I was so disappointed I have sent it back. Sorry Charlie Stewart - must try harder.

There looks to be plenty of recipes in the book and am sure it will be great as a beginners book. But I personally like to see pictures in a recipe book to entice me and there are none....at all in this book 😟
