Very good saffron

I recently purchased this premium saffron, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The threads are vibrant red with a hint of golden yellow, indicating their high quality. The aroma is incredibly fragrant—intensely floral with a subtle earthy undertone, which adds a delightful depth to my dishes.

I think this is real saffron and I have personally been to a saffron farm before. These threads are beautiful and mind arrived almost fully intact. Only two were really damaged. They impart a very vibrant color and flavor. It is impossible to imitate. This is an excellent purchase with a lot of flavor and fragrance. You can add this to so many dishes but my favorites are wild mushroom soup or saffron lemonade.

This saffron provides excellent color to rice as you have to melt it over an ice cube to bloom it. After that, the aroma and taste gets enhanced much better. I love the fresh and high quality flavor it adds. It’s great value since the taste is unmatched and one of a kind. I love it as a ingredient in many different versatile dishes.
