Sturdy kit, copes with 45kg dog...
Pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this bit of kit is! I have two dogs - a 20kg Staffie and a 45kg American Bulldog - and consequently, I also have arms like Geoff Capes ;) I bought two of these, so I can run both dogs on one belt with two leads, and at just under a tenner each, it was still less expensive than some of the others I looked at on Amazon. Because of that, I was a little skeptical of whether the bungee leads would stand up to the steam-engine pull of my boys, but so far so good.Very useful that the second D-ring can be moved along the belt (held in place by a rubber grommet) so I can move the D-rings to the same side of the belt when we're on pavements (so I can be between my boys and the traffic), and move back to opposite sides of the belt when we're out in the open (and have them running either side of me). The leads are a little heavier than I expected, but that is reassuring, rather than a problem. The belt can be adjusted to pretty much any size, and you may need to keep fiddling with it to get it right for your preference. Having my hands free means we can get up to rapid-waddle comfortably, and having the leads on the belt rather than in my hands means they remain steady, which the boys seem to prefer. My only criticism, if I have one, is that the hand loops at either end of the leads are not easy to open when a critical moment occurs (e.g. sighting of a squirrel, next-door's cat, pigeon, deer, rabbit, other dogs, etc...). To make these perfect, one side of the hand loops could be given an extra half-inch length so that there's always a gap ready. 5-stars nevertheless, because this kit is brilliant and has improved our little jogs immensely.

Strong and versitile
I have a nervous Pointer rescue and found walking her very stressful. I had previously bought Julius K9 harness and lead, which gave me a lot more confidence and feeling of security but I also needed a secure way to be hands free when needed and walk my dogs together. I took a chance on this and it fits my needs perfectly. I'm a happy dog walker now. I don't use the lead but it seems strong and flexible. I would feel save using it.

Brilliant lead
I recently adopted a deaf staffie who loves nothing more than her walks and running.I found it very difficult to walk her on a normal lead as she pulls and it was starting to hurt my shoulder. I saw this online and decided to give it a go and I'm glad I did. I can now walk handsfree while the staffie runs ahead of me. She continues to pull on the lead however the bungee lead takes the shock and impact from pulling. She loves being able to go out front. It is very easy to control. I also use the lead part to attach my German Shepard to a stake in the ground when I am out the front of my house. If it can withstand the pull of a 16kg and a 36kg dog then I'm sure it can withstand anything. I would highly recommend this product.

Great lead
This is a great quality lead that is strong and durable and would be great for dogs however i have a 13 week old pup that needs to be kept on a shorter lead due to scavenging and not being fully lead trained so this lead gives a bit too much freedom which would be great if my pup was older. We would definitely recommend this to others and plan to still use this lead when pups improving outside.

It’s not long enough
I don’t agree with making a dog run with you but wanted this for when I train unruly dogs. I thought this would be longer. The elastic is extremely tough and strong so no good for a smaller dog.

Pleasantly surprised!
Item bought by me for my fox terrier puppy. I haven't fully used the item yet, just tried it on briefly, but from the off I was very impressed with the quality and value for money of the lead/belt. It feels sturdy and good quality, and the stretchy lead part feels like it would absorb shock from a hefty dog to avoid jolting you both. I'm so surprised this was only £6.99, and would've paid much more if it had a treat bag or zipped bit for holding stuff as I run. Can't wait to get started!

Perfect running lead
First time I’ve used a lead like this for running and I was worried me and the dog would trip each other up. Glad to say it works really well. Lead is long enough to give us space and the elastic part absorbs any tugs.

Just what I wanted!
As a runner, I wanted to try running with my staffy for the first time. I read through so many reviews on different leads on amazon. Some not good ones or ones that were too 'clunky' for me. I wanted a simple basic running lead/belt that could withstand the sheer full force of a very strong 20kg staffy that loves to pull on a normal walking lead. I found other people who had stronger dogs review this very positively so I just decided to go for it and I'm glad I did! I'm just after trying it out on a quick run, not expecting my dog to run far, but we ended up running for 2 miles straight (only stopping once for him to go to the toilet). This running belt is fantastic bc of the great stretch and the handle you can hold to bring the dog in towards you for crossings roads etc. I definitely recommend this 😄
