This completely met my expectations. The quality of the radio is great, it feels sturdy and not cheap at all. It's a lot smaller than I expected but that's not a bad thing at all. It charged quickly using the power cord but of course we had to play around with the crank charger first and after just a few minutes of cranking, it was charged enough to power on and use. There was no setup required. I love the fact that it has three sources of energy. The radio is great, its easy to get a signal and scroll through the channels. I love that you can use it to charge your devices. The alarm is very loud and the flashlight and reading lights are both bright and extremely useful in a power outage. I would 10/10 recommend buying this.

Great emergency radio. Does everything. SW actually works. NOAA weather band works great. A little heavy, but that’s to be expected when it has large internal rechargeable battery and crank charger. Storage battery capacity is sufficient enough to charge cellphone multiple times. Crank and solar cells are just adequate to maintain battery not really sufficient to charge a dead battery. Easy to operate. Great item highly recommended

This is an exceptionally capable, lightweight radio - with a couple of key things missing and odd button placement. I bought it on a suggestion from Kim Komando. It has many great functions and abilities - but I will list the things I would change . First, the volume up and down buttons are reversed from what an American user would expect. They have + on left and - on right. Tune buttons would seem reversed as well. The big deal for me though is - NO ability to memorize favorite channels. ALSO, every time I turn the radio on, it starts in Wx mode - silent, so you have to pick the band you were last on and re-tune the radio every single time it's powered on. This radio has SO MANY other abilities, that it seems these should be possible. And yet, these items are noticeably missing. In all other ways, the radio is great - and so I did not return it, but now have it as a monitor/backup source during storms and outages. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the two missing items I think it should have.

I needed a small radio in the house for emergencies. During a move, I lost an older radio that I always kept ready for a power outage. This Raynic Emergency Radio is rechargeable, has lights, FM and AM Band plus weather alerts and antenna. Thankfully, I have not had to use it yet for an emergency or power outage but I did tune it in to a couple of Radio Stations and it has a nice sound - not a lot of static. Great price point, overnight delivery, works well - fully charged - I'm very happy with my purchase, would buy again and recommend to family of friends.

I am super excited about this little radio. Much smaller than I thought but the sound quality, receiver signal strength, volume control, ease of use, and the quality are entirely exceptional. The brightness on the flashlight was pretty descent and the reading led is very nice to use. I love the idea with the internal battery, solar charging, hand crank, and backup batteries is very clever so you will not run out of power when you need it.

Reception on SW Frequency is not sensitive and is weak or unable to receive, it does not pic up channels on the SW band well. AM and FM seem to receive well. All of the radio lights/flashlight work well. NOAA Weather channels work well. Very small and light weight, and I like the (camouflage print) on the radio. Very compact and useful and the Solar charger seems to work well. and hand crank charger.

This weather radio is high quality, compact, easy to use, has several useful features like a flashlight and SOS button for emergency use and reasonably priced. I bought it in advance of the recent inclement weather so that I would be able to charge my iphone in case of a power outage.

Works very well, light and compact. Multiple power sources makes it great during power outages or outdoor use. Nice digital display better than a sliding bar type channel indicator for radio frequency.

This is a great little item. It has lots of extras - flashlight, reading lamp, siren etc. It is an excellent addition to my kit as well as it gives my family and I a little piece of mind knowing we will have some communication if anything unfortunate happens.

Very nice radio to be included in an emergency kit and it works very well. The battery life is long and the solar is a real bonus. The reason I take out 1 star because I need to press several times to power on/off. Hopefully ill get use to it.

As advertised. The radio is better than I expected. I thought it would sound tinny, but it was better. The lights are good. The buttons work. And the siren is loud.

I bought 2 of these. The first worked perfectly: it charged my cellphone, the radio and lights works. All good. Then I decided to buy another one. It did not turn on, even after charging a lot. I could return and have my money back. The return was made by pick up from my home, but they did not pick it up on the day arranged, I had to re-schedule. I would have preffered drop it in the postal office close to my place.
