Help if possible
The product purchased in December refund option expired 1st Jan. It’s only been used for 4 weeks and has a spilt but there are no options to contact the seller, return a faulty item. I am in an Amazon loop unable to do anything. I loved the product everything was perfect and I hate to complain but don’t know how else to flag this to the Seller and amazon

Cold tub for those that like a cold bath
My wife goes running a lot and goes to a local gym for various workouts. She very often takes a cold shower on getting home so this tub came in for a bit of experimenting with.I was amazed at how easy this is to assemble. Well, not assemble, just pull it up and it clicks into place. The next problem is getting enough ice to fill it. The average ice tray in a fridge goes nowhere near it.We set it up in the garden and filled it from an outside tap.It was cold, not ice cold but still cold enough to take your breath away. My wife jumped in and lasted about three minutes. She came out shivering but feeling exhilarated. As a cold bath It certainly works. Not so sure how to work it as an ice bath though. The literature says there should be a lid included, but there wasn’t, which was a bit disappointing as it would have been useful to cover it and reuse the water the next day. Without a lid, and it being outside, meant emptying it and storing it between uses. With the weight of the water in a full tub I’m not sure I would trust it upstairs. As I said, it’s an easy open and close tub, easy to store and if you like a cold dip after a workout then it’s an ideal addition.

It works!
For quite some time I’ve been reading about cold water therapy and I’ve been wanting to try it for myself. And I’m so pleased I decided on this Hicare ice bath.I’m not an athlete, but I am a 72 year old whose bones and joints are starting to let me know that they’re as old as the rest of me. I believe this type of bath benefits both blood pressure, cholesterol and can be a help with depression as well as boosting the immune system. I wasn’t expecting overnight results so I was prepared for a daily morning dip for many months before feeling any improvements. I was therefore most surprised at how I felt after morning 1, dip 1. I felt fantastic! I felt invigorating, more alive, more ready for the day ahead than I had for ages. A quick rub down, dressed and out with my dog for his morning constitutional. I felt as if I could have run round the route with him. To start with I just used mains cold water and the tub temperature was 14°C prior to the plunge. Plenty cold enough for me as a starting point. I would like to gradually reduce the temperature, I’m thinking of using empty 2 litre pop bottles filled with water and frozen overnight. But at the moment 14° is fine. The listing headlines mention one second installation, and one second is about right. It’s a similar system as used in travel cots. Pull up, supports click into place; job done. I found it very easy to get in and out of. I have it in the garage at present and ended up sloshing water all over the place. I think I’m going to move it outside where it won’t matter as much. There is mention of unmatched comfort. I’m sorry, but unless there was some way of moving my armchair into the tub with me I wouldn’t use the word unmatched and I’d hesitate on calling this tub comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate for one second though in saying that this tub is functional and very effective. 2 minutes is enough for me, enough to make a big difference to my day. This Hicare tub is well designed and very well made. Yes, at £89.99 it is definitely expensive and more expensive than a lot of similar tubs on Amazon. But if you want a superb top quality tub this Hicare model is certainly the one to go for.

Easy and Effective Foldable Ice Bath Tub
I've been testing out this foldable ice bath tub, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my recovery routine! The one-second installation is no exaggeration, it’s incredibly easy to set up and take down, making it perfect for quick recovery sessions after a workout. The multiple layers provide excellent insulation, keeping the water cold for a long time. It’s also surprisingly sturdy and spacious, allowing me to fully immerse myself without feeling cramped. The portability is a huge plus too; I can easily fold it up and store it away when I’m done or even take it with me on trips. The quality of the materials is impressive, and I can tell this tub is built to last. The layers are thick and durable, so I don’t have to worry about leaks or damage over time. Cold water therapy has become a key part of my recovery process after playing football, and having this tub at home has made it so much more convenient. If you’re serious about recovery or just want an easy way to enjoy the benefits of cold water therapy, this foldable ice bath tub is a great investment. It’s made a noticeable difference in how quickly I bounce back after intense workouts.
