I was sceptical about buying these due to the cost, however, I am glad I decided to try one. They are bigger than my old NPF-970's but the weight is significantly less which is great! The charging time is far shorter and the output is very good. I used it to power a Shinobi II monitor and FX3 camera all day in bright conditions, by 8PM, the battery still had over 20% remaining. I will definitely by adding another three of these to my kit soon.

Der Akku macht von Anfang an einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Verarbeitung und Haptik stimmen, er sitzt sauber in der Kamera bzw. an der Videoleuchte. Besonders praktisch finde ich das integrierte OLED-Display endlich weiß man mal genau, wie viel Kapazität noch übrig ist. Die Ladegeschwindigkeit über USB-C ist wirklich top. Der Akku war deutlich schneller voll als bei älteren NP-F970-Modellen, die ich zuvor genutzt habe. Auch die Möglichkeit, gleichzeitig Geräte über USB-A oder USB-C zu laden, ist richtig gut gelöst gerade unterwegs spart man sich damit zusätzliche Powerbanks. Im Einsatz liefert der Akku zuverlässig Leistung, hält lange durch und wird dabei nicht übermäßig warm. Für Videosessions, Dauerlicht oder externes Equipment eine echte Empfehlung besonders für alle, die mehr wollen als nur „Strom drauf“. Fazit: durchdacht, stark und flexibel einsetzbar.
