I bought thus washbasin/sink and later found that the bottom side is warped/uneven. During installation it was fitted carefully and tightened properly, but the uneven base caused unbalanced pressure. As a result, the spacers/joints broke in an abnormal and distorted way.

I can only give 3 stars overall for the quality of the materials particularly the plastic tubings for the drainage, the lack of replacement parts and the water supply hose that comes with it is not widely replaceable. The plastic drainage tubings are thin and the overflow chamber plastic cracks easily. I would have rated the product 1 if not for the great customer service. Customer service alone is 5 no doubt. But I mainly buy the product not customer service. While this sink is very functional and fun, I’m very skeptical of it’s durability and as of now, there’s no replacement parts that’s readily available in the market. So we’ll see. I’ll just enjoy it while it last.

It's nice and look good. It has lots of options to do but just a little push on the faucet the glass part on top Cracked. It's just been almost 1 month when we install this and now it's ruin. Hope this part could be replaceable.
