A neccessity if you're planting hundreds of bulbs.
I had 800 bulbs to plant. Looking back I can't imagine how I'd have done it without this tool. Particularly good when planting close together, in patterns or in a lawn. I'd never even consider using a trowel for such a task again.It's a very sturdy tool that will last a lifetime. It's only flaw as such is that damp soil sticks inside quite easily and poking it out requires care as the spikes on the business end are sharp.

Joseph Bentley Stainless Steel Short Handled Bulb Planter
This is a great item,I purchased a cheap one of these, it lasted a couple of days then the thin metal handle buckled and bent.So I looked on Amazon for something more robust and found this, it does the job perfectly. I use this for planting out small plants I have grown from seed. Make a hole with bulb planter, fill with compost and put plant in, they grow away with no problem at all.Much quicker than using a trowel.

Bulb planter.
Very easy to use and extremely good quality. Forget the cheap ones which break easily and invest in one of these. You won't be sorry, it should last a lifetime. Arrived well packaged and promptly.

Excellent bulb planter, very comfortable to used too. Just need some drier weather to get started! Big ask!! Think it will be a hit though!
