So much better than I expected it to be especially for the price it really shocked me. Unlike my old one this really blends very quickly and efficiently and also can blend many many foods. Very happy with this purchase. The quality and the value is very good.

Three blades fell off when using product, not durable at all!

Excellent product. This product works very well, very efficient to mash cooked yam and produce a delicious, smooth pounded yam. However, the power house needs to be secure-able to the container and container cover sealable while in use, otherwise there could be accident and splash. That is the only improvement recommended, please secure the power unit to the container when in use. This is better than all other food processors in the category. Thank you.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I thought it was better but its not durable

We had a problem with this product. While using it to chop minced beef, the rubber seal completely disintegrated, and shards from it embedded themselves into the food. The food was, of course, rendered useless. It would have dangerous to try to eat it. We also do not think we can continue to use the machine, without the seal.
