The only product I recommend for all family members. As full spectrum as possible with only the best ingredients and more important the best FORMS of vitamin and minerals ( important to know as some in other vitamin companies are toxic)I am a fan of this company for all it values in health wellness and happiness!

Super easy on stomach
My favorite multi vitamin. Love the texture and flavor. I have to pay attention when I'm grabbing them in the morning because if I get distracted I try to snack on them 🙃

i wish i didn’t have to take 6 of them but it’s not bad, they taste good to me.

They are a bit sour to taste but not horrible. I like dummies instead of swallowing giant pills.
