I've been taking these Carlson Cod Liver Oil Gems for about 6 months now and I'm really happy with them. The softgel capsules are a good size - not too big to swallow but substantial enough that you feel like you're getting a proper dose.What I appreciate most is that there's virtually no fishy aftertaste, which was a problem I had with other brands. I take one in the morning with breakfast and haven't experienced any digestive issues. This is a quality product and delivers a good dose of vitamin D. I have been taking it for a year now and feel better not so depressed during the winter! In fact I feel pretty good!

I’ve been using this brand for a long time for the last seven years or so there’s one of the best I always go back to this type of fish oil. Cod Liver oil helps a lot with my brain function. I have extreme ADHD that I deal with at times it’s just so good. I’m also using the fish oil as well cod liver oil is highly recommended.and I am so grateful for this product and been using the one that is liquid more oftenI take this every day and sometimes I take double dose actually I have to take more. It helps me with my joints with my brain function. Concentration against depression many things HalleluYah I tried other brands. I believe that these are this is the best company. It’s a big deal to have quality fish oil and also refined properly.
