Bought as a present and bouquet was apparently lovely. Unfortunately due to a mislabelling error by Julians Store one set of grandchildren failed to receive anything and the other two grandchildren nearly made themselves sick with an extra bouquet. This was not resolved satisfactorily and was subsequently offered an insulting five pound refund and no apology

This was the perfect gift, it was beautifully presented, in absolutely perfect condition, packaged very well and arrived on time. This definitely has the wow factor and is a gift to impress. So why are you reading this when you could go buy your own and make someone very happy! 5 stars from me!
