ContigoCortland Chill 2.0, Stainless Steel Water Bottle with AUTOSEAL Lid, 24 oz

I love these water bottles. This is my favorite lid design. I started buying them when the design was owned by Avex. Then Columbia and Contigo started using it too. I like that you have to push the button to release water and I don't have to deal with straws at all. They don't leak. Ever. It's easy to clean the lids in the dishwasher and I've never had a problem with mold. I do live in the desert though, so mold has to work pretty hard to grow here. The only thing I would change on this specific water bottle is the finish. I prefer the powder coat finish rather than the glossy ones. I'm more likely to drop this one and they can dent if you drop them on hard surfaces. The only other very minor complaint is that the color looks a bit pinker than I expected, but that could be my computer monitor's fault.

Bought this water bottle to replace a silicon bottle. I just completed a 24 day trip where I used the bottle every day. I would put in ice and water at the beginning of each day and still had ice left after 8-12 hours of use. the bottle's anti-spill system worked very well and never leaked. The only concern was the switch to "lock" was very stiff. The bottle is well made, and I expect may years of service.

Better than I expected! Insulated. Holds 24 oz.+ a little. Leak proof! At first was disappointed with the spout and the requirement to hold the button to drink but it's surprisingly easy and works well. Unexpected benefit: the spout-opening mechanism keeps backwash out of the bottle if you let go of the button while it's tilted up.

This thing is awesome. Water stays cold for a long time in a hot car, and it fits in my cup holders. Easy to use, easy to clean, and doesn't weigh a ton. I will buy more when my others wear out.

I don’t like water bottles with straws that come loose inside when all you want is a slurp of water. I don’t like the ones that un-screw and you end up dropping the lid on a questionable surface. How about those “free” ones? I don’t know about you but I’ve never been quite able to identify that taste that comes with the water.So what is left? A Contigo.I thought I lost my 12 year old trusted friend with stickers and dents and if it could talk, stories to tell. The new one is like the old one with a few upgrades. I’m totally happy with my new drinking friend. It keeps water and ice till it’s empty. Not having to worry about spilling water from reaching for it in the night makes it a perfect bed side water bottle. If the 24oz size seems excessive it’s not, I find it’s the perfect amount.I did find my old one, under the seat. Now I have a dress “ water bottle “

There were two features that drew me to select this as my main gym water bottle.1) It is 32 oz.2) The lid design.Volume:I wanted a bottle that I wouldn't need to refill too frequently but that also is easy to carry around, so I love the volume of this.Lid design: the lid is what makes this bottle stand apart.First, there is a small loop on top that I use to carry it around. It's easier to use that than grab the bottle off the gym floor.Second, I find it a lot easier to drink out of this type of lid than any other. I'm not a fan of straws coming out of the top of a bottle, it just never feels right. I'm perfectly happy to tip the darn thing to get the water out! And the interior straws used on some lids always seem to come loose which is annoying.You have to push the button on one side to drink from the other and I find this design extremely well designed ergonomically. It just feels natural. Plus it keeps the water from spilling if it gets knocked over - which it does sometimes considering I am usually putting it on the gym floor.Some small things that I don't love and that I would remove a half star for, but that's not an option so I am giving this bottle four stars.1) Doesn't fit in my car cupholder. Not a big deal but would be nicer if I could.2) When I place this bottle on my car seat, it inevitably dribbles a tiny amount of liquid even when closed very tightly and the drinking mechanism is locked.3) It only comes in black - it looks ok but I would have loved other color options. In fact, I almost did not buy this bottle at first b/c I only found it in black.Ultimately, I love this water bottle and use it all the time.

I love these Contigo's. They hold yemp VERY well! Only complaint w this one is its a bit thin and hard to clean but it does fit well in a generic cup holder.

Excellent water containers, keep water cold all day!!! Wash well in dishwasher or my hand.
