Tildenet Twist Clips with Washers, Green

I had 52 of both items in my bag of 50, so no issues with how many you get. If you look at reviews of similar items some people complain that the washers split but I found no such problem with these and I think you would have to put a fair bit of pressure on these to get them to split. Another common issue is that reviewers say they had to use 2 washers to get them to hold the bubble wrap in place. Again I can say these hold the bubble wrap no problem. I cut my bubble wrap in long lengths and used 750mm wide wrap. This meant I could overlap the lengths of bubble wrap so the plugs had plenty of grip. (I used wrap with large bubbles) If there was a part where I couldn't overlap the wrap simply cut a small bit of the wrap and use this instead of an extra washer. Another tip is dont make a hole in the wrap and then put the plug through it, simply push the plug into the wrap and then twist to secure. I found this gave extra grip. I have a simplicity greenhouse but guess these would fit all greenhouses

Bought for attaching shade netting to the inside of my greenhouse. Overall ok but could be stronger.Pros - Easy to apply, relatively cheap to buy, quick to apply.Cons - We found these a little clumbersome to use, in principle they worked great but some twisted when we were trying to fix them and this made them a bit loose and then not really useable. We needed more than one packet so became more expensive than expected.

Pack size of 50 clips described and printed on the pack. Pack as delivered seemed too small so I counted them: only 30. Complained to Amazon by phone (because their website only allows for "I didn't receive it" or "I want to send it back" no "I have another problem") and they said they'd contact the seller about sendin out the rest. No further contact for over a week. Might now send them back and re-order. Might just do a credit card clawback for fraudulent product description. Don't know yet...As for the product: they are smaller than expected and fiddly to put through the washer (mainly due to the amount of mould flashing along all the seams) but it's easy to trim them before use and they do the job for a cheap price.

The clips where ok but I did have trouble with the locking of the clips in place. It was an old greenhouse and the clips after being twisted in place fell out, but like I read in another review put 2 washers on and it worked fine. I think they should supply you with spare washers for the older greenhouse. They did the job though.

Product does the job but only 49 clips and 45 washers in the pack. When you are selling 30p worth of plastic for £5.19 you would at least expect the quantity to be correct if not slightly over. Updated this review from 1 star to 4 stars because Amazon promptly sent me additional clips & washers following my complaint

Thought the description of this item might be accurate, however, the washers are thin and I needed to use two to ensure the hooks would remain in place. Will not be buying these again as they are not very robust

Hard to get the clips through the washers, so much so, I worried I was doing something wrong and would break it so a simple sentence of instructions would have been reassuring. Works a treat, though!
