My previous laces were getting pretty worn down. These work perfectly as a replacement. I like the variety of color choices. They are lightly waxed but after a few uses the knots stay tight and they are very pliable. I'd buy them again.

Shoelaces came in handy and they were the correct length.

These are far more durable than Brooks Brothers. If you are like me and prefer a snug tie and can’t decide between these and BB then absolutely go for these.No, they’re not the most quality shoelaces out there but yes they will last you at least a little longer than BB.

My opinion of these laces is based upon my limited time period of owning them, only a couple days at the time of this review, so there isn't anything i can say on the longterm durability of this product.However, my limited time with these laces has been an overwhelmingly positive one. The laces are distinctly colorful without being too bright, allowing them to mesh well with darker clothing choices as well as more colorful and darker outfits.Opening up my box of laces is about as much fun as it opening a box of crayons for the first time. Your eyea scan the laces, looking over all the different colors that you didn't know about, or expect to see. Toucan also has a cool lacing inforgraphic that they email you, showing you several different and fun ways to lace up your shoes.It's just a fun and useful product, and I'd recommend to anyone in the market for colorful laces.

I had some grey dress shoes from Madden that had 38 inch laces that broke while I was putting them on just a few months after getting the shoe after wearing it pretty much every weekday.Finding 38 inch dress laces was difficult, but I decided to give these slightly shorter laces a try. Perfect length. Originals were honestly too long.So far I've only used the yellow laces. They look great on my grey shoes. Plan to use the blue next if these break, but so far a month and a half in, I'm not expecting they will anytime soon. All the colors look great and the packaging is nice.Only downside is that they seem to come untied on their own if I don't double knot, which the original laces did as well. And one of the laces had a nick in them that I felt after talking then out of the box. But only 1 of 7 and it's not a visible thing. Might not compromise the lace either... Will find out if I ever wear it.

I go through colored shoelaces like dental floss. I don't know why, but I am always snapping the waxed laces. These Toucan laces, however, feel very substantial without being overly thick. I have tried a few other pairs on Amazon, and they have been nice looking but they break after a few weeks or months. Because I didn't plan on wearing the brown laces (after all, that's why I got a set of colored laces), I actually tried to snap it. I pulled and pulled, but they dug into my hand before they would break, and so, happily, I gave up on the entire endeavor with nothing but ligature marks and approval for the laces.On another note, Toucan followed up with a great email making sure that the laces met my expectations. I always appreciate this extra step. The fact that they are a small, family-run business is icing on the proverbial cake.

I really like the colors and the texture and the price is good, but on the third day of using my first pair (went with yellow) I pulled too hard before tying and one broke. I now pull more gently/ carefully (using the blue at the moment).

I really like and love the colors of the laces their bright and colorful..I like the feel of the laces..The only thing their not LONG ENOUGH..I try lacing up my sneakers but too short however the colors was just a perfect match and imma keep them in.Any way Thanks again
