Sunncamp Swift 390 Air Caravan Awning

Brilliant awning, easy to put up, once the bottoms pegged down we only use the 2 front guy lines, guit heavy but very sturdy.

Ordered the awning after good reviews on Amazon, we have used it on about 10 sites now, and apart from the 1st time I set it up, it's been a quick and simple process. Nothing has gone wrong with the awning at all, we were up Scotland last week and in high winds with no major issues, the only poor standard of equipment was the ground pegs, which I have changed to a more quality peg.

Despite all other tents on site surviving the weather the slightest string wind caused the roof to separate at the seam. Unfortunately a lot of money for very little use. 😕

Created lots of weather proof space. Easy to connect to caravan. Quick to fix in place & blow up. Sturdy. Large storage bag. Quick & easy to put away. It’s a win for us!!

Great awning, setup takes about 5 mins if you have 2 people, pumps up very easily and holds air well, had it up for a week at one stage and no air escaped, pegs were the only flaw would highly recommend investing in better quality pegs.

We are using this awning against a 2 berth caravan and so ever so slightly too long. It does not affect the awning one bit and gives us so much room. The instructions are sketchy but there are plenty of "how to" videos on line. Taking it down and packing it back in the bag was a challenge but practise is improving the time taken. We have added a ceiling curtain to keep things a bit cooler and one little niggle is that the curtains on the fixed window sheet ate attached at the bottom. This mean we collect quite a few bugs in the seam. Other than that we think good value for the size of a basic awning
