Works like advertised!
Sticks to a surround that's not tile! Holds the weight of at least 225lbs. Hasn't been "hung-on" to see how long. Was easy to install, fits well in our space, color is as advertised, and it's easy to clean with the rest of the shower! So far, well worth the price!

Feeling secure is the most important feature.
Excellent product! I was concerned the safety bar might wiggle, but it feels very sturdy. I have a burst fractured back and feeling secure is crucial. Even though I weigh much less than the expected weight, I felt secure which is extremely important to me. I highly recommend this safety device.

Great product and performance
Easy to install and works as advertised. The thickness of the bar is the right size for men and women. My wife used it in the bath without grab bars, and the bars work perfectly. I will purchase another set for the other shower.

Not the best suction
Nice quality but don't expect a miracle stick to your shower...I barely applied a grip and it started to come loose from the wall. It's still functioning however let guests know it's not meant to have full weight grabs to avoid injury.

Sturdy for post surgery and seniors
These are sturdy and easy to install. We have had them for a couple of months now. I used them post hip surgery and they gave me stability and the ability to shower without worry. Just wipe and clean. The suction is strong and we've had no issues.

The grip will grab your attention
Excellent product. Performed perfectly after my wife broke her hip and needed security bars in our shower unit. Would definitely recommend them.

Bathroom safety bars
Safety grab bars are strong! However, they will sometimes slip around on the wet tile wall. Be careful that you don’t break the lock mechanism when you snap them back on the wall. I broke one of the locks and reordered the same bar. I do love the safety bars.

Watch out!
We've used these temporary grab bars with suction cups for a few months now, and I'm very pleased with them. Our shower walls are absolutely smooth with no seams. These suction cups attach very securely to that kind of wall. Still, I don't want to rely on them to carry even my wife's weight (90 lbs), though I think she could probably hang on them if she needed to. But that's not why I put them up. I'm telling me wife, who has fallen twice this last year and whose balance is not good, that she can use them to maintain her balance as she walks into and out of the shower. They're good for that, and they can be repositioned while you're trying to figure out where you want to put permanent grab bars. When we know where we want to put permanent grab bars, we'll replace these temporary grab bars with grab bars that can be screwed into a stud or into plywood backing. I've already repositioned one of these, and I can tell you that the instruction for removing these suction cups did not work for me. The instructions suggest that you use a credit card to remove the suction cup. It seemed to me that that was going to damage the rubber. I ended up working a wet finger up under the suction cup in order to pry it loose from our sheer walls. This took a little effort, and it did hurt a bit, but I got the suction cup off without damaging the product. Here's an update on how much weight these grab bars can hold: none at all. I moved one of these bars to our tub. My wife weight about 90 lbs. When she took hold of this grab bar in order to raise herself out of the tub, the grab bar came off in her hand. I caught her. We tried it again the next day. It came off in her hand a second time when she tried to pull herself up. These grab bars should not be used for anything other than keeping your balance, and be aware that they can detach themselves at any time.
