Don't think the MAGNIFICATION #s are accurate AT ALL but my eyes are bad so who knows? So many products r misleading.That being said for the cheap price just the little magnification & extra light make it a good purchase. I do not regret the purchase just wish description info was more accurate.

I write fiction and read many, many books each year. This well-made magnifying glass helps me greatly to read tiny print, or smaller print, which is really tedious and hard on my eyesight. The only thing I suggest to improve this product ----- is to put the "on & off switch in a different place on the handle. --- Where it is now makes it too easy to press that switch & run down the batteries quickly. Due to that "switch" I don't use batteries inside the handle now. --- I wish the switch had a way to "lock it" so that it wouldn't be accidentally pressed when I put the magnifying glass back in its nice cloth case. thanks
