Best of the best!
This saw is amazing, definitely for professional use! I feel like some of the lower ratings of this saw are from people who don't know how to use it properly and lack experience and common sense of floor installation.Of course with any saw of this type going into door jambs and corners you often have to finish with a multi-tool blade anyway so you can get a more precision cut in the little nooks and crannies of the door jamb otherwise you will be cutting too deep on the rest of the baseboard.Definitely put a strip of duct tape on the guide so you don't mark up light colored trim "common sense", and the blade guard put a tiny little strip on the tip of that too and you're good to go for many job sites.Dust collector shoot is great 👍 to attach your shop vacuum to, make sure you use hepa filter in shop vacuum. "Again, common sense"Excellent tool, superior quality, so worth the price!I've been using the same blade on many job sites and no issues oh, it still cuts like It's new!I think some of the people complaining about the blades getting dull are people cutting through nails and other materials the wood blade is not meant for. "Set your depth properly" won't be an issue.

A serious piece of Machinery.
I ordered this tool for a hardwood installation project encompassing my entire second floor. Because I had to lay a significant subfloor, all the existing molding had to be trimmed. This weapon was easy to use and made short work of the job—nails and all.Highly recommend. Worth the price

This saw is POWERFUL!
This is a very powerful saw that will cut through pretty much anything - with the right blade.I have used it to cut through many old-school heavy-duty steel door frames filled with mortar/concrete using the 805 masonry blade (make sure to buy a few extra). It cut through them easily. Wood is a joke, it will cut through any wood frames like a hot knife through butter. It's also very adjustable and precise. It’s super heavy duty. Highly recommended. Just watch for the sparks when cutting metal frames.

Plenty of power
Worked great and has plenty of power. Has vacuum port and I recommend using it.

cuts thru old hardwood trim
Hard to tell from pictures, but if you look closely there is some old hardwood trim that has been glued down to subfloor so it cannot be pulled. I'm guessing they dint want to cut out thin strips of drywall to support it for nailing so they glued it to subfloor?Whats even crazier is that theres 2 subfloors here... One where the trim is glued onto and another someone put down so build the floor up.First subfloor guy dint remove the trim. So the drywallers had to work around it, and now the floor guy (me) is here... This headache is a perfect example of "let the next guy deal with it".This saw just buzzed thru all of it like it wasn't even there. The depth stop is amazing, not a single scratch on any of the studs. Was able to install the floating floor proper.Just gatta put down some supporting drywall strips for the trim. This saw really saved me that day.

Works like a champ. Also probably the most dangerous tool you will own haha.
Works great, still using same blade on third house as well. Be sure your nice and clear of potential kick back when your working your way around the jamb as its a sideways blade at ankle/foot level. I've had it catch (from not holding firmly enough against door jamb) a few times and kick back toward me. Really want to have a solid grip and balanced footing before you start working around that back side, probably best to just stop, move to the other side and drag instead of push in general.

What a saw!!!!
Used it and a diamond blade to undercut more than 100 feet of brick in my home to install laminate flooring. This beast did the job with no problem. Would recomend using two vaccum if cutti g brick or concrete as the attached vaccum port is ok, a second person and vac makes it better.
